The Role
Craft Property Group is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Agent to support leasing activities across our growing residential portfolio in Southwestern Ontario, with a primary focus on Hamilton and Brantford.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping prospective residents find their next home. As the face of our communities, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional leasing experience while helping drive occupancy across our portfolio.
We provide comprehensive training, qualified leads, and the tools needed to be successful. This role offers a combination of hourly pay and commission, providing strong earning potential for motivated individuals.
This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with regular travel to our properties in Hamilton and Brantford to conduct tours, meet prospective residents, and support leasing activities.
What You Will Do
Leasing & Resident Experience
· Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective residents.
· Conduct property and suite tours.
· Guide prospects through the leasing process from lead to lease.
· Promote available suites, community amenities, and the Craft resident experience.
· Support occupancy goals through strong customer service and relationship building.
Leasing Administration
· Collect, review, and submit rental applications and supporting documentation.
· Prepare leasing packages, collect deposits and coordinate move-in logistics with operational teams.
· Maintain accurate leasing records, activity tracking, and follow-up schedules.
Marketing & Community Support
· Support leasing initiatives, community events, and marketing activities.
· Act as a brand ambassador for Craft Property Group and its communities.
· Assist with special projects and portfolio leasing initiatives as required.

What You Bring:
· Previous experience in leasing, sales or a related field is considered an asset.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
· Valid Ontario driver's licence required.
· Access to reliable transportation to travel between properties in Hamilton and Brantford.
· Real estate or property management experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
