About DioLaz Canada
DioLaz Canada supplies professional medical-aesthetic and healthcare equipment to Canadian clinics and professional purchasers. Our current portfolio includes diode laser hair-removal systems, fractional CO2 laser systems, picosecond laser systems, pelvic-floor health systems and related professional products.
We are seeking an experienced, well-connected independent sales professional to develop DioLaz equipment sales within Canada. This is a field-based business-development role requiring direct, in-person relationship building with clinic owners and other professional decision-makers.
Important Contract Classification
This is a commission-only business-to-business independent contractor engagement, not an employee position.
DioLaz contracts only with approved companies incorporated under Canadian federal, provincial or territorial law and in good standing. Applicants must already operate through, own, work for or be authorized to represent an eligible Canadian-incorporated business.
There is:
- No fee to apply or be appointed;
- No franchise fee;
- No required inventory or equipment purchase;
- No requirement to recruit other representatives;
- No base salary, hourly wage, draw, employee benefits, guaranteed leads or guaranteed income.
What You Will Do
- Develop your own B2B sales pipeline through existing professional relationships and local market activity.
- Meet clinic owners, medical directors, physicians, nurses, medical aestheticians, med-spa operators and other qualified professional purchasers.
- Identify, qualify and register potential DioLaz customers.
- Arrange product discussions, demonstrations and meetings with DioLaz.
- Conduct professional follow-up and support objection handling throughout the sales cycle.
- Remain substantively involved through customer documentation, purchase decision and required payment.
- Use only DioLaz-approved product, regulatory, warranty, pricing and financing information.
- Maintain reasonable written records for registered opportunities.
- Comply with applicable privacy, electronic-marketing and anti-spam requirements.
- After completing product-specific authorization, support local installation, manufacturer equipment training and first-line after-sales service for approved device models.
- Promptly escalate technical, safety, warranty or device-incident concerns to DioLaz.
Commercial electronic outreach must follow Canadian consent, sender-identification, unsubscribe and privacy requirements. Medical-device marketing must remain within authorized indications and must not contain false, misleading or unauthorized clinical claims.
What You May Not Do
- Issue binding quotations on behalf of DioLaz;
- Approve discounts or financing;
- Collect customer deposits or payments;
- Sign contracts for DioLaz;
- Guarantee delivery dates, financing approval or clinical outcomes;
- Change DioLaz warranty, return or training terms;
- Advertise unapproved technical or clinical claims;
- Present yourself as a DioLaz employee, distributor, franchisee, branch office or exclusive representative.
Required Qualifications
- An established network involving Canadian medical-aesthetic clinics, med spas, healthcare businesses or professional device purchasers.
- Demonstrated B2B sales or business-development experience involving medical aesthetics, medical devices, professional equipment, capital equipment or another high-consideration product.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clinic owners and other senior decision-makers.
- Working knowledge of the medical-aesthetic industry and willingness to complete DioLaz product and compliance onboarding.
- Ability to independently prospect, arrange meetings, conduct follow-up and manage a longer sales cycle.
- Currently based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Ability to meet customers in person throughout the proposed territory.
- Reliable transportation, business-use vehicle insurance where applicable, telephone and computer.
- An existing Canadian-incorporated contracting entity in good standing.
- Ability to provide corporate registration, Business Number, corporate banking, insurance and GST/HST information where applicable.
- Professional English communication skills; professional French communication skills are required for Québec-focused territories.
Preferred Background
Preference may be given to applicants with relationships in one or more of the following areas:
- Medical spas and laser clinics;
- Physician-led medical-aesthetic practices;
- Dermatology or plastic-surgery clinics;
- Cosmetic nursing and injectable practices;
- Esthetics schools and professional training organizations;
- Clinic consulting, financing, insurance or medical-equipment services;
- Existing non-competing medical-device or clinic-supply sales.
Prior Canadian employment experience is not required. Current, relevant relationships with Canadian clinic decision-makers are more important.
Commission Structure
The standard commission for an approved partner-originated opportunity that meets the full Independent Sales Partner participation requirements is:
15% of the approved net pre-tax equipment price
Lead registration and written acceptance are required before commission protection begins. Referral-only participation and DioLaz-assigned House Lead support are subject to different classifications and rates.
For qualifying full-payment transactions, commission is generally payable after DioLaz has received cleared customer funds, completed delivery and customer acceptance, resolved material disputes, confirmed completion of partner obligations and received a valid corporate invoice.
For approved DioLaz in-house financing transactions, commission is paid progressively on eligible equipment principal actually received and retained by DioLaz.
Commission is not normally calculated on sales taxes, shipping, moving, additional services, consumables, accessories, financing interest or other excluded charges. Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations or reversals may result in a proportional commission adjustment.
Business Expenses and Independence
The partner:
- Controls its ordinary working schedule and sales methods;
- Provides its own transportation, telephone, computer and ordinary business tools;
- Bears its own ordinary travel, insurance, marketing and operating expenses;
- May provide services to other non-conflicting businesses;
- May accept or decline individual opportunities;
- Receives no employee benefits or guaranteed income.
Appointments are non-exclusive unless DioLaz signs a separate Territory Addendum. Major metropolitan territories generally carry an expectation of approximately three completed eligible device sales per month; expectations for smaller or lower-density markets are established separately in writing.
How to Apply
Apply directly through Indeed and include:
- The city, province and territory you are prepared to cover;
- Your relevant medical-aesthetic, medical-device or high-value B2B sales experience;
- The types of clinic decision-makers currently within your professional network;
- Your Canadian corporation’s legal name and province of incorporation;
- Any medical-aesthetic or non-competing equipment brands you currently represent.
Do not provide patient information, confidential customer records or the names and contact information of clinic relationships during the initial application.
DioLaz Canada evaluates applicants based on relevant business experience, professional relationships, sales capability, compliance readiness and territory coverage. Accommodation is available during the selection process upon request.
