Leggat Auto Group is seeking a Sales Representative to join one of our growing dealerships! Reporting to the Sales Manager, as the Sales Representative you are responsible for building relationships, driving results, achieving and exceeding targets, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership sales team. In a commission-based role, there is unlimited earning potential driven by your performance. You must be adaptable and flexible in how the customer chooses to engage from initial inquiring to the final purchase of a vehicle.
Compensation: Commission and Bonus pay plan with on target earnings of $100,000+ per year

Your Role
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the dealership.
- Identify potential customers and follow up on leads generated by the dealership.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best meets their needs and budget.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with customers to showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle.
- Negotiate prices and financing options with customers to close sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
What You Bring
- OMVIC Certification
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Experience with digital tools including CRM applications and E-leads an asset
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Self-starter, a desire to succeed, and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Professional sales aptitude
