About the Role
British Columbia Botox® Clinics, by Dr. Ward, is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at our brand new Richmond location. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP working in cosmetic medicine and aesthetics, with opportunities for long-term growth and advanced procedural training.
The successful candidate will independently provide cosmetic Botox® treatments in a fast-paced, highly efficient clinic environment while delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.

Position Details
- Schedule: 1 fixed day per week (8-hour shift, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). NP may choose whichever day of the week for this position.
- Lunch: 30-minute paid lunch break
- Start Date: August 2026
- Compensation: $1,200 per day ($150/hr) or commission of $2.00 per Botox® unit injected, whichever is greater.
- Employment Status: Independent Contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own taxes, GST obligations, and corporate or personal tax filings as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Independently assess and administer cosmetic Botox® treatments.
- Maintain an efficient patient flow, treating up to four patients per hour.
- Provide outstanding patient education and post-treatment care.
- Assist with light clinic administrative and operational duties as required.
- Participate in occasional social media and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming clinic culture.
Qualifications
Required
- Current licensure as an independent Nurse Practitioner in British Columbia.
- Professional liability coverage and good standing with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume cosmetic practice.
Preferred
- Previous experience and training performing cosmetic Botox® injections.
- Interest in aesthetic medicine and ongoing professional development.
