Full job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement within a diverse and growing company.

Main Responsibilities:

Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks including:
Carpet cleaning
Strip & wax floors
Floor scrubbing
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools efficiently.

Qualifications:

Experience in carpet cleaning, floor care, and strip & wax techniques (preferred but training can be provided).
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment.
Ensure all areas are cleaned to high standards and meet health and safety regulations.
Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors.
Assist with any additional cleaning duties as required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
Capacity to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable operating cleaning machines.
Stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

Successful applicants will have to undergo the necessary background checks
Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
Relevant experience is preferred but not a must. We will provide all necessary training.
