Looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity with a predictable schedule? Join Ames as a Part-Time Purchaser and make a direct impact by helping ensure the right products are available at the right time to support our branches, sales teams, and customers.
This 6-month contract, 20-hour-per-week role is a great fit for someone looking for a focused opportunity that provides flexibility while still being part of a collaborative team environment whether you’re returning to the workforce, balancing family or personal commitments, adding a part-time role to your current schedule, or looking to apply your purchasing experience in a new capacity.

Working from our office, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a team that values accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
