Gibraltar Holdings is a commercial general contractor focused on tenant improvements across the Lower Mainland and throughout BC.
We’re growing and looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects while helping drive overall project performance, systems, and standards across the team.
The Role
You will manage projects from tender through to close-out, while taking a lead role in planning, financial performance, and overall execution.This is an off-site role working closely with Site Managers, with responsibility for:
- Project planning and strategy
- Financial performance and margins
- Subcontractor management and procurement
- Client and consultant relationships
What You’ll Do
- Run multiple TI projects at a high level
- Lead tendering, pricing, and scope development
- Build and manage schedules and budgets
- Drive project profitability and performance
- Manage RFIs, change orders, and key documentation
- Support and guide Site Managers
- Identify and improve processes where needed
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years managing commercial construction projects as a GC
- Strong TI experience (medical, office, retail, etc.)
- Proven ability to run multiple projects successfully
- Strong understanding of budgeting, margins, and risk
- Confident leading subcontractors and client relationships
- Highly organized, accountable, and proactive
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
Compensation
- $90,000 – $110,000 base (depending on experience)
- Performance-based bonus tied to project results
- Typical total: $120,000 – $160,000
