Job Description
We are looking for self motivated and customer-focused to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively call and follow up with leads to increase sales opportunities.
Customer Engagement: Warmly welcome customers, identify their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
Credit Applications: Assist customers in completing credit applications and gathering required documentation.
Product Knowledge: Keep an in-depth understanding of our vehicle lineup, highlighting key features and benefits.
Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to help customers select a vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
Financing Coordination: Partner with the finance team to present loan options, including credit rebuilding programs and early lease termination services.
Trade-In Appraisals: Assess trade-in vehicles
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale to ensure a positive customer experience.
Appointment Setting: Support online inquiries by scheduling appointments and efficiently managing follow-ups.
Professionalism: Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience, with subprime sales experience considered an asset.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction, complemented by solid negotiation abilities.
Self-Motivated: Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is required.
Certification: OMVIC certification is mandatory.
