Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and attentive hospitality. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity and completeness
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including tables, utensils, and serving stations
Assist with food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless guest service in a lively restaurant setting
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve multiple tables with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

Previous food service experience or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards required
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for order accuracy, bill calculation, and cash handling
Excellent communication skills and guest service orientation
Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue
Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation is beneficial but not mandatory
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume service periods
