We are currently hiring individuals to join our Agronomy team in the position of Turf Greenkeeper for our 2026 season. With three golf courses all ranked in SCORE Golf’s Top 100 Courses in Canada, Osprey Valley features an unparalleled golf experience. The Heathlands (links style), Hoot (wasteland style) and North (parkland style) courses will be sure to keep your experience stimulating, engaging, and rewarding.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· General course maintenance duties include, but not limited to, the operation of mowers, utility vehicles and related equipment
· Maintenance of all playing surfaces and surrounding property, including but not limited to greens, fairways, rough, bunkers, and tee complexes
· Operation of light equipment including leaf blowers, string trimmers, power-tools, and mowers
· Other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent

Qualifications:
· Must be punctual
· Able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays, when required
· Ability to work within a team environment
· Able to complete assigned tasks and work unsupervised
· Positive attitude and strong communication skills
· Knowledge of and appreciation for the game of golf is an asset
· Previous golf course or landscaping experience are beneficial but not necessary
· Possess a valid Driver's Licence
· CSA approved safety shoes/boots
