Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizzaiolo to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on pizza making, and will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in the food industry while working in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Duties

Prepare and cook authentic pizzas according to established recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation tasks, including dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pizza station
Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed at all times
Serve customers efficiently, providing friendly and professional service
Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly
Follow all health regulations related to food handling and safety standards

Skills

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
Passion for the food industry and a desire to learn new culinary skills

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
