Precision Roofing Systems is a growing Calgary-based roofing company with high standards, serious momentum, and work that speaks for itself. We’re currently installing a mix of asphalt shingles and premium roofing systems - including Euroshield rubber roofing - for some of the most discerning clients in the city. The bar is high and we intend to keep it that way.
We’re a small, tight crew. That means the work you do matters, the standard you hold yourself to is visible, and the opportunity to grow with us is real. We don’t carry passengers.

**Who we’re looking for:**
We’re open to all levels. If you’ve never been on a roof but you’re hungry, coachable, and ready to work - we’ll teach you. If you’re a solid asphalt shingler ready to stop doing the same thing and start working on products that actually challenge you - we can get you there. And if you already have experience in high end roofing systems like tile, slate, metal, or rubber roofing and want to bring that expertise to a crew that will actually use it - we want to hear from you too.
What we do: residential and commercial roofing across the full spectrum - from standard asphalt to premium systems like Euroshield rubber roofing. The work varies. The standard doesn’t.
Either way, what matters most is this:
- You show up on time, ready to work, without being asked twice
- You finish a task and immediately look for the next one
- You take pride in the quality of your work - not just getting it done, but getting it done right
- You’re physically capable of working on steep-pitch roofs in all conditions
- You stay until the site is clean and the trucks are packed. We leave together, nobody goes early and leaves the crew to pick up the slack.
- You have reliable transportation to job sites in and around Calgary
