About Roma Army Media
My name is Chloe Sunderland, better known as Roma Army.
Over the past several years, I’ve built an audience of millions by creating what is now known globally as ‘Men’s Rights Advocates’ on social media, investigative content, interviews, debates, podcasts, and street interviews that spark conversations across Canada and beyond.
Now, I’m building something much bigger.
My goal is to start producing investigations, podcasts, interviews, street interviews, original series, and long-form content that informs people, challenges ideas, and reaches millions.
To make that vision a reality, I’m looking for someone who wants to help build this company alongside me. This isn’t just another job—it’s an opportunity to become a key part of a growing media company with significant room for advancement.
About The Role:
I’m looking for an Executive Producer & Investigative Researcher who can take an idea from a brainstorming session all the way to a published piece.
This is a hands-on role that combines executive producing, investigative research, creative development, project management, and production coordination.
You’ll help shape stories, identify stronger editorial angles, coordinate interviews, organize research, verify information, manage production timelines, and ensure every piece we release is as compelling, accurate, and impactful as possible.
You’ll work closely with me every day, helping decide not only what we create, but how we create it.
This is not an assistant position.
I’m looking for a teammate who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and genuinely excited to help build something exceptional.

Responsibilities
- Executive produce investigations, interviews, podcasts, street interviews, and future long-form projects from concept to publication.
- Research criminal cases, legislation, public records, statistics, court documents, and current events.
- Build comprehensive research packages and production briefs.
- Develop compelling story structures and identify stronger editorial angles.
- Fact-check scripts, statistics, and supporting research.
- Source guests, experts, lawyers, academics, organizations, victims, and other interview subjects.
- Coordinate interviews, filming schedules, and production logistics.
- Anticipate production challenges and solve problems before they arise.
- Manage multiple productions while meeting deadlines.
- Pitch original story ideas and identify emerging stories before they become mainstream.
- Continually improve the quality, depth, and impact of our content.
⸻
Who I’m Looking For
I’m not looking for the person with the longest résumé.
I’m looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful.
You should already understand the fundamentals of production, storytelling, and what it takes to executive produce a piece of content. You don’t need decades of television or newsroom experience, but you should understand how to organize a production, think through a story, coordinate moving parts, and help bring a project to life.
More importantly, I’m looking for someone with exceptional initiative.
Someone who naturally asks:
- What are we missing?
- Who else should we interview?
- Is there another angle?
- How can we make this story even stronger?
- What problem can I solve before anyone asks me to?
I can teach my workflow.
I can teach how I approach investigations.
I can teach what resonates with my audience.
What I can’t teach is dedication, curiosity, ownership, integrity, and the drive to constantly improve.
If you’re the kind of person who gets excited by solving problems, uncovering stories, and helping create meaningful content, you’ll thrive here.
⸻
The Ideal Candidate
You are:

- Naturally curious.
- Comfortable taking initiative without waiting for instructions.
- A strong communicator.
- Able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Calm under pressure.
- Comfortable giving respectful feedback and contributing ideas.
- Passionate about storytelling and investigative content.
- Excited about helping build a growing independent media company.
Travel Requirements
This role includes occasional travel for interviews, investigations, collaborations, conferences, productions, and other media opportunities.
Applicants should:
- Be willing to travel within Canada and internationally when required.
- Hold a valid driver’s licence.
- Hold a valid passport or be willing to obtain one.
- Be available for occasional evenings or weekends when production schedules require it.
All approved work-related travel expenses, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and reasonable meal expenses, will be paid for by Roma Army Media.
⸻
Compensation & Growth
This position begins with a three-month probationary period at $3,500 per month. The probationary period is designed to ensure we’re the right fit for each other and to give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills, initiative, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Upon successful completion of probation, your salary will increase to $4,000 per month, with an advertised salary range of $48,000–$72,000 annually, depending on performance, experience, and the level of responsibility you take on.
As Roma Army Media continues to grow, I want the people who help build this company to grow with it. This role has significant opportunities for increased responsibility, leadership, career advancement, and salary growth as the business expands.
