Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Restaurant Manager to oversee the planning and execution of nightly services and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring a seamless experience for guests. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Duties

Supervise staff, including food preparation and service teams, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and excellent customer service.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services such as catering, bartending, and equipment rentals.
Manage event logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Utilize POS systems for tracking sales and managing inventory.
Maintain a high level of hospitality throughout services, addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant management.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
Experience in supervising teams within a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems and bartending is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, vendors, and staff.
A passion for creating memorable experiences through exceptional service is essential.
