Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our restaurant or hospitality environment. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in food service operations and hospitality, contributing to a positive guest experience. The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, supporting the overall efficiency of the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
Support the kitchen staff by providing clean dishes promptly to facilitate smooth service
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure sanitation standards are met at all times
Dispose of waste properly and maintain a tidy work area throughout shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and excellent guest service

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation procedures is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality settings is advantageous but not mandatory
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward guest service and colleagues

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50-$23.00 per hour
