Training Centre Administrator

About the Role
AT Safety Training is reopening its Calgary location – and we're looking for an experienced, self-starting administrator to run the show. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be responsible for every aspect of the centre's day-to-day administration: from enrolling learners and coordinating instructors to issuing certificates and record keeping.
Supported by a full shared service center in Edmonton, you will work independently on-site and play a foundational role in re-establishing AT Safety Training as a trusted presence in the Calgary market.

What You'll Do
- Manage all course registrations – phone, email, and walk-in – with accuracy and speed
- Coordinate instructor schedules, room assignments, and training materials for each session
- Greet participants and run front-desk reception throughout the business day
- Prepare and issue training certificates to successful participants
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain basic financial records
- Keep training materials, office supplies, and consumables stocked and organized
- Maintain accurate learner and course records, both physical and digital
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office management role
- Strong communication skills – you represent the business every time you pick up the phone
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new software
- Ability to work independently and take ownership with minimal oversight
- Experience in safety training, education, or a similar regulated training environment is a strong asset
- Familiarity with basic invoicing or bookkeeping tools (QuickBooks or similar) is a plus
