Business Development Associate – Fast-Track to FX Broker | $100K+ Potential

Location: Calgary, AB (In-Office)
Type: Full-Time
Industry: Finance / Currency Trading
Salary: $60K Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $100K+ by Year 3)

This is your shot to enter one of the most exciting and fast-paced industries in the world: financial markets. The right candidate will work directly with business owners and executives across Canada, helping them save money on their global payments and hedge against market risk — all while building a high-income career with no ceiling.

What You'll Do:

Hunt for new business via outbound calls, email outreach, and creative prospecting
Become a master at identifying decision makers and building relationships quickly
Educate companies on how we can beat their bank or broker’s FX pricing (and service)
Work directly with senior FX traders to close deals and grow your book
Track your progress, hit goals, and get promoted to a full-time currency trader

What We're Looking For:

You sound great on the phone. Charisma, confidence, and clarity matter more than experience.
You’re competitive, driven, and coachable. You want mentorship, but you're ready to put in the work.
A genuine interest in financial markets or global economics is a big plus.
You want to grow with a company and build your own book of clients — not clock in and out.
Cold calling or sales experience is a bonus, but we’ll train the right personality.
Degree or not — we care more about energy and ambition than your GPA.
Team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (especially French) is an asset, but not required.

The Opportunity:

$60K base + uncapped 10% commission
Year 1 OTE: $65K–70K, Year 2: $85K+, Year 3: $100K+
Fast-track promotion path from Business Development to FX Broker within 12–18 months
