Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive women's health services, including prenatal care, gynecological examinations, and reproductive health management. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients with obstetric and gynecological concerns
Manage prenatal care, labor, delivery, and postpartum services
Diagnose and treat a variety of women's health issues, including reproductive health, pain management, and acute care needs
Prescribe medications and administer treatments following best practices and medical guidelines
Collaborate with specialists in pediatrics, home care, and other disciplines to ensure holistic patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner
Collect data for research purposes and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Educate patients on health maintenance, family planning, and preventive care strategies
Participate in medical office duties including documentation, data collection, and compliance with healthcare regulations

Experience

Prior hospital experience is highly preferred, especially in acute care settings
Experience with research activities related to obstetrics or gynecology is advantageous
Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner is essential
Background in patient care across diverse populations, including pediatrics and home care settings
Knowledge of medication administration protocols and pain management techniques
Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases involving reproductive health issues and acute conditions
Previous medical office experience is beneficial for seamless integration into clinical workflows
