We're looking for an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Treatment Coordinator & Patient Experience Lead who is passionate about connecting with patients, building trust, and helping them confidently move forward with recommended care.

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression.
- Coordinate comprehensive treatment consultations for restorative, cosmetic, orthodontic, and airway-focused care.
- Review treatment plans in a clear, confident, and patient-friendly manner.
- Discuss financing options and assist patients in finding payment solutions that fit their needs.
- Help patients overcome concerns and answer questions with empathy and professionalism.
- Follow up with unscheduled treatment to improve case acceptance.
- Coordinate appointments efficiently to support clinical production goals.
- Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient communication.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dental administration or treatment coordination experience.
- Proven success with treatment presentation and case acceptance.
- Experience presenting comprehensive treatment plans including Aligners and Implants.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and financing options.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using dental practice management software and digital technology.
- Positive, energetic, and solutions-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with:
- Orthodontics or clear aligner treatment
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Dental implants
- Treatment financing programs
- Digital scanners and patient education technology
