We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for working with young children to join our growing team as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in August 2026. The hours of work are 8 AM – 4 PM (Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities include:
- Conduct assessments to establish qualifications for services and guide intervention.
- Manage a caseload with a diverse and complex pediatric population and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, and monitor integrated, child-centred plans
- Provide coaching and guidance to teachers and support staff to support the effective implementation of speech and language goals within the classroom environment
- Gather, interpret, and use data to inform treatment planning and monitor progress
- Engage parents in planning, decision-making, and program implementation
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment by building strong relationships with team members and supporting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Qualifications:
- Master’s graduate of a Speech-Language Pathology degree program from a recognized university.
- Registered with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA)
- Proficiency with word processing and software packages for language development and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
- Experience working with children as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Successful practicum experience with good references is an asset.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel within Calgary areas.
Personal suitability NOTE: This position requires lifting and carrying demands that require the ability to bend at the waist, stoop, and twist frequently, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, the ability to carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs, and the ability to stand, walk and sit frequently.
