Job Overview

We are looking for friendly, organized, and energetic Host/ Hostess/ Expo Team Members to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for guests while helping maintain smooth and efficient service operations.

As a Host/Expo, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing seating, coordinating food orders, and supporting both the front and back of house teams during service.

Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Manage waitlists and assist with reservations when required
Coordinate and organize food orders before they leave the kitchen
Ensure food is delivered to the correct tables accurately and efficiently
Communicate clearly with kitchen and serving staff to maintain smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stands, service stations, and dining areas
Assist with food running, table resets, and guest requests when needed
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Follow food safety and restaurant cleanliness standards
Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
