We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our PCC Canada Team in Cambridge, Ontario as a Supplier Quality Engineer. This is a vacant position with a salary range of $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year.

They will be skilled at building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, while ensuring alignment to quality standards and business objectives. Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain supplier quality assurance processes aligned with AS9100 and customer requirements
- Evaluate and qualify suppliers through audits, capability assessments, and risk analysis
- Perform internal and supplier audits of product, process, and quality systems
- Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and drive corrective and improvement actions
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities (RCCA) using structured methods (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone)
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams on supplier selection and part qualification (PPAP, FAI)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements including traceability and documentation
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure supplier readiness
- Drive supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in MRB activities and disposition of nonconforming material
- Generate and review quality documentation, procedures, and corrective actions
- Act as liaison with suppliers and customers on quality-related matters
- Support Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field), or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 3–7+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or related field (aerospace preferred)
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and aerospace quality standards
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies (SPC, FMEA, PPAP, FAI, Six Sigma, Lean)
- Experience conducting audits and managing supplier corrective actions
- Ability to read and interpret aerospace drawings and specifications including GD&T
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ability to communicate professionally with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, take on new assignments and prioritize as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent
- Lead Auditor certification (AS9100 or ISO 9001)
- Experience with machining, casting, or aerospace manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supplier quality tools
- NADCAP or special process experience
This position will involve some travel - up to 25–40% (domestic and/or international)
