Recruiting Coordinator — Express Employment Professionals, Guelph

Location: Guelph
Position: Full-Time | 100% In-Office | Must have Own Car
Compensation: Salary + Bonus & Incentives
Vacation: 3 weeks
Benefits: Available after 3 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday

About the Role

Express Employment Professionals in Guelph is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is organized, energetic, people-focused, and motivated by results.

This is a fast-paced, 100% in-office role where you will be the first point of contact for candidates, manage applicant flow, coordinate interviews, support recruiting initiatives, and help create an exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Do

Book and coordinate 10+ candidate interviews per day with our Employment Specialists.
Review and respond to online applications daily.
Screen applicants and identify candidates who may be a fit for current opportunities.
Manage applicant flow and ensure candidates move efficiently through the recruitment process.
Welcome candidates and visitors with a professional, positive attitude.
Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to candidate inquiries.
Accurately document all applicant and inquiry information in our systems.
Administer skills assessments and ensure required paperwork is completed.
Create and post recruiting content on social media to attract qualified candidates.
Support recruiting campaigns, job postings, and candidate sourcing initiatives.
Make appointment-setting and candidate marketing calls as required.
Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.
Support general office administration and the overall success of the team.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, administration, or a similar fast-paced environment is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with candidates throughout the day.
Social media savvy with an interest in recruiting and employer branding.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with urgency.
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
A results-driven mindset — you enjoy having clear goals and achieving them.
