At Mountainview Therapeutics, we believe that exceptional healthcare starts long before a client sees a physiotherapist. It starts with the person who answers the phone, greets clients at the front desk, solves problems, keeps things organized, and helps create an environment where people genuinely feel cared for.
We are looking for a Front Desk Administrator who is professional, organized, personable, and capable of wearing many hats. This is not a position where you simply answer phones and book appointments. In a small, high-performing clinic, everyone contributes to the success of the team.
What You'll Be Doing
On any given day, you might:
- Welcome clients and create a positive first impression
- Answer phones, emails, and text messages
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Assist with billing, payments, and direct billing
- Help clinicians stay organized and running on time
- Solve client concerns and administrative challenges
- Keep the clinic clean, organized, and professional
- Troubleshoot technology issues
- Assist with marketing projects and community initiatives
- Restock supplies and manage inventory
- Pitch in wherever needed

Strong communication skills are absolutely essential. Much of this role involves communicating with clients, healthcare providers, insurers, and fellow team members. The ability to write professional emails, answer questions confidently, and communicate clearly is one of the most important qualifications for this position.

This is not a role where responsibilities are narrowly defined.
There is no separate IT department.
There is no dedicated cleaner.
There is no maintenance team waiting in the wings.
