Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is vital in maintaining smooth communication between departments and providing exceptional customer service to enhance overall guest experience.

Duties

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately
Oversee scheduling of appointments, meetings, and reservations
Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and correspondence
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational flow
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
Ensure the front office area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times
Assist with special projects or events as required to support overall organizational goals

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, in automotive or auto body preffered.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and IMEX software
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is advantageous
