Sitka Spruce Daycare

Sitka Spruce Daycare is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Class 4 Driver to support our Before and After School Care Program. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and providing safe, reliable transportation.

Job Details

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Safely transport children to and from school and daycare programs
Conduct routine vehicle safety checks
Ensure children are safely seated and supervised during transportation
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with children, families, and staff
Follow all traffic laws and daycare transportation policies

Qualifications

Valid BC Class 4 Driver's Licence
Clean driver's abstract
Excellent driving record and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and reliably
Experience working with children is an asset
Successful completion of a criminal record check

Schedule

Part-time hours
Morning and afternoon shifts during school days
