Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of performing a variety of physical tasks to support our construction and maintenance projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality project outcomes. Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields is preferred but not required. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
Perform basic construction, demolition, or maintenance tasks under supervision
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Support team members in completing project milestones on time
Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization of materials
Adhere to all safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents immediately

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are preferred but not required
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
