WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service / Tech Support Representative, you will:
Communicate, written and spoken, with callers in both English and French.
Account Maintenance and Status Updates
Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are technical in nature; including hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products. Troubleshooting Expected Errors
Product & Billing Inquiry
Standard Set Up,
Provide exceptional customer service to small businesses with their financial program. Provide Cross or Base-Up Sales when appropriate.
Solve discrepancies for standard business workflows, and Customize & fix non-standard setup for Business Workflows
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service / Tech Support Representative role include:
Must have relevant technical support experience with hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, repair, etc., one year or more preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must have at least one year customer service experience
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
Able to rotate shifts, as needed

The base salary for this position is $25.00/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
