About the Role
The Banquet Captain is responsible for leading banquet service during weddings, conferences, meetings, and special events. Working closely with the Food & Beverage team, you'll ensure events run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of banquet or restaurant leadership experience
- Previous experience coordinating banquet or event service preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid ProServe certification required
- Food Safe certification considered an asset
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
