Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor, where you'll lead a vibrant front desk operation, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This energetic role offers the opportunity to oversee daily front desk activities, mentor staff, and create a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations, resolving guest inquiries promptly, and fostering a positive atmosphere for both guests and team members.

Responsibilities

Supervise front desk staff, providing training, guidance, and support to deliver outstanding guest service.
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently.
Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.
Resolve guest concerns swiftly and positively, turning challenges into opportunities for memorable service experiences.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
Assist in managing reservations, cancellations, and special requests to maximize guest satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to improve service quality continually.

Experience

Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality roles with a focus on customer service excellence.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring front desk teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Prior experience in hospitality environments that require high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
