What You'll Be Doing

As a member of our front-of-house team, you'll help create the welcoming atmosphere that defines The Borough.

You'll:

Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality.
Guide guests through our food, cocktail, wine, and feature menus with confidence.
Deliver attentive, relaxed service without feeling scripted.
Work alongside an incredible team to create memorable dining experiences.
Keep your section organized, clean, and inviting.
Help prepare the restaurant before service and reset it for the next day.
Jump in wherever needed because great restaurants are built by great teams.

Qualifications

Valid AGLC ProServe certification.
Bartending experience is an asset, but not required.
Weekend, morning, day & evening availability.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
