Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle cleaning needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
Operate various car wash equipment safely and efficiently, including pressure washers, brushes, and drying tools
Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as washing, rinsing, drying, vacuuming, and window cleaning to achieve high-quality results
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including organizing supplies and ensuring equipment is in good working order
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and addressing any concerns promptly
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during the washing process
Assist with minor maintenance or troubleshooting of car wash machinery as needed

Requirements

Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
Strong attention to detail to ensure vehicles are cleaned thoroughly and meet quality standards
Ability to stand, bend, lift moderate weights, and work comfortably in an outdoor environment for extended periods
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Reliable work ethic with punctuality and a proactive approach to tasks
Ability to follow safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe work environment
