Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
Compensation Range: $55,000 to $70,000

The Opportunity
This role supports day‑to‑day execution across product marketing, sales support, and events. It focuses on getting materials out the door, keeping information accurate, and making sure work moves.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Dealer Support
- Maintain product literature, presentations, and sales tools
- Support dealer and distributor communications with updates and campaign assets
- Organize and manage marketing assets in shared systems
Product Marketing Support
- Work with product and engineering to gather inputs
- Turn technical details into clear, accurate materials
- Keep product information consistent across channels
- Support product launches and rollout execution
- Assist with product photography, video, and content capture
Trade Shows and Events
- Coordinate show logistics, shipping, and vendors
- Prepare booth materials and signage
- Support on‑site execution when needed
- Track leads and support follow‑up
Content and Digital Execution
- Update website content and product pages
- Coordinate LinkedIn posts and email campaigns
- Manage translation and localization for global materials
Internal Coordination
- Work across marketing, sales, product, and operations
- Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Maintain content calendars and project trackers
- Ensure version control across materials
Brand and Asset Management
- Apply brand standards across all materials
- Manage photo and video libraries
- Coordinate asset creation with designers and partners
- Maintain templates
Budget and Administration
- Track expenses and support budget reporting
- Process invoices and manage vendors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2 to 4 years in a marketing or coordination role, ideally B2B or manufacturing
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with technical content
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear communicator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CMS, CRM, or DAM experience is a plus
Preferred
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or industrial equipment
- Exposure to dealer or distributor models
- Trade show and event coordination experience
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams

Although base salary for this position falls within the above posted range, final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
