About the Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Diamond & Jewelery Consultant to join our team.
This is more than a sales position. You'll help clients celebrate engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, and other significant milestones while guiding them through one of the most meaningful purchases they'll ever make.
Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll combine your sales expertise with exceptional product knowledge to create a luxury experience that exceeds expectations. We value professionalism, humility, continuous learning, and supporting one another's successes.

What You'll Do
Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from the first consultation through final delivery and follow-up
Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals
Guide clients through the selection or custom design of engagement rings, diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelery
Source exceptional diamonds and coloured gemstones through our established global supplier network
Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, jewelery, and industry trends
Maintain accurate sales documentation and proactive communication throughout the client journey
Support inventory management and loss prevention initiatives
Contribute to a welcoming, collaborative, and professional team culture

Qualifications
Minimum one year of jewelery sales experience
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences
GIA education or certification (Graduate Gemologist, Accredited Jewelry Professional, or equivalent) is considered a strong asset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and Time-management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional references demonstrating integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic
