Location: Remote: Work from home; however, must be in Canada, have a valid SIN number to legally work in Canada, and based in the EST timezone.
Language Requirements: Ideal if English and French, however if just English, please still apply and mention if bilingual in French.
Role: The coordinator/assistant’s role will be mainly administrative, supporting the daily Operations for LMO Productions; an Inc. based out of Quebec; that specializes in Event Staffing/Recruitment, Talent Management, and Media Production.

LMO Staffing specializes in Event Staffing for the Experiential Marketing Industry - otherwise known as the “promo” industry. We pride ourselves on our Canada-Wide Roster of professional Ambassadors, on our quick staffing/turnaround times, our top-notch communication, and our strong leadership practices.
LMO Talent is a boutique Talent Agency, servicing Montreal, Ottawa, & Toronto. We manage our roster of actors and performers for booking opportunities in Film, Television, Commercials, Corporate/Educational projects, Voice-Overs, Video Games, Motion Capture, and Theatrical opportunities, amongst others.
This position is a salaried, full-time position. Yearly salary dependent upon previous experience and negotiations with potential candidate(s). will occur. Salary range is between 55,000$ - 65,000$/Year 4 weeks paid vacation/year. Must supply your own desktop/laptop, solid internet connection, and smart phone.No dental or health benefits provided at this time.
We are looking to hire someone to assist with the day-to-day operations, on a generalized 9AM – 5PM schedule.

● This is a remote, work-from-home position; 40+ hours / week; Monday - Fridays. Must have a flexible and open schedule to accommodate the operations and work, as required by the company.
● Must be extraverted/don’t mind talking to people daily via phone, by text, email, and any/all other forms of communication.

● This is a position that requires a candidate who is very organized; someone who can follow instructions to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Daily Tasks (Not limited to)
● Event Staffing: Source staff through a staffing software and online on various Facebook Groups, interview potential Staff, present Castings to client using online casting software, onboard contractors into the agency, create excel schedules, prepare and send confirmation emails using agency templates, manage staff/event check-ins and other communications when events go live, liaise with clients and partners, troubleshoot event issues/logistics as they arise, ensure staff are always present on-site and checked-in, replace staff who do not show up promptly, work in priority, ensure schedules reflect final event hours, invoicing approvals, and general communications.
● Talent Agency: Submit clients to daily breakdowns, communicate with roster and Casting Directors/Creatives as needed for submissions/auditions/call backs, organize all submissions and classify accordingly by adapting to our workflow, general communications, and manage client assets as needed and help maintain the client’s profiles up-to-date: resumes, agency profiles, demo reels, profiles on casting websites, profile on our website, etc.
Qualifications:
● Proficient in English
● Ideally also bilingual and proficient in French
● Previous Experience in the Experiential Marketing Industry; requesting minimum 2 years.
● Previous On Set/Tech/Film/TV Admin experience or other admin/relevant experience in the Entertainment preferred.
● Previous experience or ability to quickly learn; Dropbox, Google Drive, Excel, Word, Power Point, Google Sheets, managing media like Audio & Video Files, Able to help with small design aspects and managing artist profiles, video editing software, & ability to learn new software quickly. We are looking for people who are tech savvy at the base and can learn quickly.
● Provide your own working laptop/Desktop with a solid/fast home internet connection
● Provide your own smart phone with the following apps, Mail or Outlook, Dropbox, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Texting ability, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, & Pop Bookings. (This is our event casting software/platform which you will be trained on)
● Experience with Casting Networks, Actors Access/Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, Wix an added asset. Please mention when applying.
● Have a flexible schedule and understand that in both industries we sometimes might incur some time on weekends. (Mainly during peak period which is Mid-May – Mid September)
● Experience with Zoom, Google Meets, & Teams Video Conferencing and other video conferencing software.
