Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. employs highly trained technicians to perform telecommunications infrastructure installations. Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional, or hospitality environments, ATSI is well suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs.
Reporting to the Operations General Manager, the Field Services Manager will support quality, training effectiveness, safety compliance, and performance management for our client programs throughout the province.
What You'll Do Here:
Lead, coach, and support a team of operational professionals and field partners across Quebec, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
Serve as the primary point of contact between ATSI, clients, and internal leadership teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and customers.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring service delivery, quality standards, and customer experience outcomes across all assigned territories.
Oversee the overall quality of field work delivered by partner teams, ensuring installations and repairs meet client and Aecon standards.
Review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLA metrics, including customer satisfaction, completion rates, repeat visits, productivity, and sales performance, implementing action plans for continuous improvement.
Ensure partner teams receive the training, tools, and product knowledge needed for technicians to identify customer needs and recommend additional client solutions during installation and repair visits.
Lead the implementation and execution of operational and sales initiatives, ensuring consistent adoption and accountability across the region.
What You Bring to the Team:
Previous experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a field operations, telecommunications, service delivery, or related environment is an asset.
Experience using performance metrics and reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Strong customer-service orientation with proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel throughout Quebec as required.
French fluency is required; intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
