We are currently hiring experienced Formwork Carpenters and Concrete Finishers to support our expanding operations. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working on meaningful infrastructure projects in one of Canada’s most scenic communities.
Wages & Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $28.00 – $35.00, depending on experience and accreditation
- Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half for any hours worked over 8 hours per day and 44 hours per week
- Travel Allowance available for candidates commuting from within 120 km of Canmore

Work Schedule:
- 40 – 55+ hours per week
- Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Day shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications
- Execute accurate layouts in accordance with construction drawings
- Perform formwork carpentry, including setup and stripping
- Install rebar and related reinforcing materials
- Place and finish concrete flatwork including curbs, sidewalks, slabs, and foundations
- Use hand tools and power trowels to ensure high-quality concrete finishes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions or incidents
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- CSA-approved safety boots (mandatory)
- CSTS or equivalent certification (asset – training provided)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in formwork and/or concrete finishing
- Must have own tools and tool belt
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
