Head of Growth – Premium Aesthetics Brand (Western Canada, 1 - 2 days/week in Canmore)

Radiance Plastic Surgery is a surgeon-led practice in the heart of the Rockies, trusted across Western Canada for exceptional surgical and non-surgical results. We already have proven funnels generating profitable leads, now we need a Head of Growth to optimize, scale, and expand them while adding new revenue levers like continuity programs, referral networks, and product sales.
The role
You'll own the full patient acquisition engine across surgery, non-surgical treatments, injectables, skincare, and continuity programs. That means paid media, funnels, CRM, social, content, product sales, referral programs, and reputation. You'll have budget, contractors to direct, and a clear mandate to grow.
You'll work remotely across Western Canada, in Canmore one to two days a week. During the first two to three months, expect more face time as you get embedded in the patient flow and brand experience.
This is a leadership seat. You'll sit alongside the Head of Clinical Nursing and Head of OR, with direct input into growth strategy and brand direction.
What you'll be measured on
30 days: KPI dashboard live and tracking leads, consults, conversions, CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Campaigns audited. First AI automations deployed.
60 days: At least one funnel scaled profitably. Lead nurturing running on autopilot. Product growth strategy underway.
90 days: Measurable growth across consults, surgical bookings, continuity, and product revenue. Six-month roadmap presented to leadership.
Day to day
- Optimize and scale funnels across all service lines and product categories
- Build and run AI agents that automate lead follow-up, nurture sequences, reporting, and conversion workflows and keep evolving them
- Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels with a focus on profitable CAC and ROAS
- Own KPI reporting end-to-end and present findings to leadership regularly
- Grow skincare and scar care product revenue in-clinic and online
- Manage referral and affiliate programs to expand reach across Western Canada
- Direct external contractors across ads, SEO, and content; build a small remote team over time
- Keep the brand consistent and premium across every touchpoint
- Ensure all marketing complies with CPSA, Health Canada, and healthcare advertising standards
What you'll need
- 5+ years in growth, marketing, or a revenue-driving role with numbers to show for it
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and automation workflows (you'll be asked to show examples)
- Solid command of funnels, CRMs, and paid media
- Experience in high-ticket service marketing; aesthetics or healthcare background is a real plus
- Based in Western Canada, able to get to Canmore one to two days a week
