Full job description

We are currently seeking passionate individuals with our culinary team who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Prepare plates according to guest desires and Canad Inns standards;
Ensure that work is accurate, thorough, and to the highest standards.
Communicate all pertinent information to Culinary staff;
Clean and maintain the work area throughout the shift;
Assist the Kitchen Stewards, Buffet Attendant/Prep Cook, Food Services Receiver as necessary;
Constantly assess and adapt current practices to perform a task better, faster, or more efficiently.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous line cooking experience.
Must be available to work the shift of 2pm - 1am evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have or be willing to obtain food safe certification.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Good communication and listening skills.
