Before Applying: You must have your license to trade in Real Estate in Ontario. If you don't, please don't apply to this post. If you're thinking about getting into Real Estate or have started your courses and would like to talk about a career in Real Estate or learn about our team, we're happy to talk to you, but just reach out directly instead.
Why Our Team?
- If you're an experienced Realtor - We give you the admin support, marketing and leverage so that you can take time off, have a balanced life and focus on what you do best: helping people make their best move.
- If you're a new Realtor - We give you the mentorship and opportunities to keep from drowning. Real Estate is tough, and it's tougher to go alone. We'll teach you to swim and help you thrive.
The Nick Fundytus Team (Royal LePage Performance Realty) is built on the EOS framework; clear roles, scorecards, and weekly Level 10 meetings keep us focused and supported. We concentrate on people before properties and provide the structure that new and growth-minded agents need without the “sink-or-swim” approach.
- Leads with context from multiple channels, matched by price point and fit—not dumped.
- Follow Up Boss CRM & Monday.com already configured so you can track, follow-up, and hand off tasks fast.
- On-call admin & marketing support so you’re not drafting clauses at midnight or designing postcards solo.
- Ramp-up option (ISA/Showing Agent) six-month salaried training path for brand-new licensees.
- Time-off coverage one fully covered day each week + one full weekend monthly.
- Private office & studio access for prospect calls, video updates, and content creation.
- Ongoing mentoring and coaching from our Lead Buyer Specialist, Karim, Team Lead, Nick, and outside trainers.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Consult & advise buyers and tenants from first call to keys, following our documented Buyer Roadmap.
- Show & evaluate properties, explaining pros/cons and resale factors—not just opening doors.
- Write, present & negotiate offers using OREB forms and our offer templates.
- Log every touch in Follow Up Boss and move next actions in Monday.com—if it isn’t tracked, it didn’t happen.
- Attend Monday Sales Level 10 meeting (no endless Zooms: 90 minutes, once per week).
- Collaborate with listing & admin team to keep closings on schedule.
- Develop your own niche (first-time buyers, military relocations, condos, etc.) with our marketing help.
- Participate in client events and community outreach; relationships beat cold calls.
