Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Cook/Server. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the food industry, with experience or interest in serving, food preparation, and kitchen operations. The position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills, ensure food safety, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. Candidates should be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain food safety standards
Cook and prepare meals, including plating and presentation
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas throughout shifts
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food industry practices
Support team members in meal preparation and service during busy periods
Ensure proper inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and meal preparation techniques
Strong communication skills with the ability to serve customers professionally
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in the food industry
Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
