Full job description

Administrative & Operations Assistant – Tree Service Location: West Ottawa (Kanata/Stittsville area) Position: Part-Time or Full-Time (depending on the right candidate) Tree Service is looking for a reliable, organized, and self-motivated assistant to help keep our growing business running smoothly. This is a varied role with a mix of office work, light outdoor work, and day-to-day business support.

Responsibilities - Managing emails and customer communication - Preparing invoices and basic administrative tasks - Running errands and picking up supplies - Delivering and picking up tools and equipment - Organizing and tidying the work shed, trucks, and trailers - Assisting with small tree and shrub planting projects - Visiting customers to complete simple estimates (training provided) - Keeping equipment and vehicles clean and organized - Assisting with scheduling and other day-to-day business tasks as needed What We're Looking For - Organized and dependable - Friendly and professional with customers - Comfortable working independently - Valid driver's licence with reliable transportation - Able to lift and carry tools and equipment - Basic computer and smartphone skills - Willing to learn and help wherever needed What
