Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant and Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a genuine love for educating young minds.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Educate children in various subjects including language, math, science, and social skills through interactive activities.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
Provide support for children with special education needs or working persons with disabilities, ensuring inclusivity in the classroom.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.
Lead classroom activities that promote leadership skills and teamwork among students.

Experience

A degree in Early Childhood Education IT or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
Proficiency in computer operation for lesson planning and communication purposes.
Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively in English.
