Full job description

OPC CANADA INC. is a leading manufacturer of potato flakes and potato flour. Our products are used in a variety of consumer goods such as potato snacks, mashed potatoes, food service industry, as well as baked products.

We are looking for talented individuals to support our growth both with modernizing our existing operations as well as diversification of our product offerings.

OPC CANADA INC. is currently seeking a 3rd Class Power Engineer for our Centreville NB production facility.

Must be flexible to work 12 hour shifts.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid class 3 boiler license
Minimum 5 years experience
Effective written and oral communications skills
Excellent problem solving skills
A Mechanical/Electrical trades background would be an asset
Must have full knowledge of water sampling and chemicals used in a boiler setting
Must be highly motivated
Biomass operation would be an asset
Salary range of $35-$48 hourly depending on qualifications and experience
