This position will report to the Wilsons Security office in Stratford, Prince Edward Island.
The Role:
· Deliver outstanding customer service to clients of Wilsons Security
· Troubleshoot an array of security products and services
· Documentation of work orders, service reports and client interactions
· Update client accounts
· Coordinate service appointments, and manage and maintain service schedules
· Work closely with other departments and service team to address client inquiries in a timely manner
· Order, receive, and distribute parts in the warehouse
· Work closely with vendors and suppliers to facilitate product procurement
· Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels
· Other duties as required
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and inventory management systems
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with proven ability to resolve issues effectively
· Interest in technology and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
· Experience with inventory management is considered an asset
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player
This is a full-time permanent position with an attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. This is an in-office role located in Stratford, Prince Edward Island.
