The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Accounting & Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team. This is a key role supporting both our accounting department and front office operations.Working closely with our Controller, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly day-to-day. If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy variety in your work, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities-Manage accounts payable & receivable-Process and stock in vehicle inventory-Handle vehicle registrations and documentation-Assist with daily accounting tasks and reconciliations-Answer and direct incoming phone calls-Maintain accurate records and filing systems-Support the Controller with administrative and accounting duties-Assist with general office responsibilities as needed

What You Bring

-Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration (automotive experience is a strong asset)

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

-Comfortable using computers and accounting systems (dealership software is a bonus)-Excellent communication and customer service skills

-A positive, team-first attitude
