What the Role Looks Like
This is a high-energy, outdoor role. You won't be stuck behind a desk.
As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for introducing homeowners to our company and setting appointments for our roofing specialists.
Daily Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods
- Identify roofing concerns and educate homeowners on available solutions
- Set appointments for roofing inspections and consultations
- Track leads and appointments through our CRM system
- Participate in daily sales and communication training
- Follow our proven sales process
- Continuously improve your communication and leadership skills
You are not responsible for closing sales. Your focus is generating opportunities and building relationships.

Compensation
This position offers a guaranteed hourly wage plus uncapped performance bonuses.
- Hourly Pay: $25–$40/hour
