About Us:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated receptionist to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

Greeting visitors and clients
Screening and directing calls and taking detailed messages
Responding to general inquiries
Registration of warranties for heat pump units
Managing office supplies
Physical and digital file organization
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized reception, visitor, and kitchen area
Taking customer payments
Preparing work orders
Fleet administration including booking inspections and maintaining fleet records
Prepare documents and correspondence using Microsoft Office
Mail and courier coordination
Provide general administrative support for day-to-day office operations and special projects as required

Key Qualifications

High school diploma; post-secondary education in an Administrative Assistant program is considered an asset
Minimum of 2 years related administrative or reception experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional with strong interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
