Hillside Chevrolet is currently seeking a reliable, motivated Automotive Porter / Service Support team member to join our dealership. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our Service Department and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Park, organize, and move customer and dealership vehicles safely.
- Assist with checking vehicles in for service when needed.
- Support Service Advisors during busy periods.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct customers appropriately.
- Assist with preparing customer service quotes.
- Cover Service Advisors during lunch breaks to ensure continuous customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized service drive and parking areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the service department.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A current driver's abstract must be provided as part of the hiring process.
- Comfortable driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player.
- Basic computer skills are an asset.
- Automotive dealership or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Occasional Saturdays are required based on business needs.

Expected Hours: 42.5-46 Per Week
