Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team. In this vital role. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain an efficient office environment, support customer interactions, and manage essential clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure quick retrieval of documents.
Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools.
Support customer service efforts by providing friendly assistance and resolving routine inquiries.
Conduct proofreading of documents for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism before distribution.
Handle clerical responsibilities such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting, preferably within food service environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette for front desk interactions.
Prior experience in bookkeeping or basic financial recordkeeping is a plus.

Pay: $17.60-$17.95 per hour
